Busy Mom in Need of a Fast Prompt Fix!!!

As a full time working parent; you have a list of things to do when you get off work. You name it, it has to get done!
“I had my son in his high chair, eating away, as I’m also trying to cook dinner for my husband and I before he gets home from work. Start the washer, and go to check on it, full of water. First thought in your mind is, “GREAT! I have to schedule off work, but wait, my work has to have a 24 hour notice! I called Brien’s Appliance, they where able to make it there that same very NIGHT! I tell you for a mom that does so much, works full time, husband gets home very late, and you’re running in circles trying to get everything done. That very night was a relief and so reassuring that there is someone out there that finally understands.

Went Above and Beyond to Help Us

People always take time to complain, but Brien's went out of their way to help us sending staff that went above and beyond to get everything installed and quickly. We had guests coming over and it was much appreciated. We are very satisfied and would recommend Brien's highly.

We unfortunately ran into another store in Belton that ripped us off totally, so we heard of Brien's Appliance and had a refrigerator within the day. "Brien,
I bought a washer from you about 3 months ago and I love it! I was interested in seeing if you had any washer/dryers for around $100 in stock at the current time. I am looking for my sister. She doesn't need anything fancy but I did want to go through you because of the exceptional service that I received when I purchased my washer. I haven't had any problems with it what so ever and it works great! If you could let me know if you have anything available it would be great. Much thanks are in order...you have supplanted me....her husband......from being her "go-to-guy"!! I think we have an extra room and you can just be our dedicated on site maintenance guy!!! I detected in her voice a tone that meant she would be calling Hull Lamar, who she had out to fix our refrigerator last time and see about getting a refund for whatever was paid to them to do such a hack job. I'll give you a call about getting a water heater installed and we need to talk about the faucet too. Thanks,"
