Guarantee on Used Equipment

• Washers & Dryers- Each used washer & dryer is hand selected and completely overhauled. We tear each unit down to the bare shell, and rebuild them from the ground up. Each unit is full cycle tested, deep cleaned and placed on our showroom floor for re-sale. All of our rebuilt Washers and Dryers comes with a premium guarantee. That is, one year parts and labor, two years on all the parts, three years on the motor for the dryer and three years on the transmission for the washer (front load washers do not have a transmission). All Washer and Dryers during the guarantee period will be repaired for free at our shop, but you must bring the appliance to us at your expense.
  
  
• Stoves- These units are very simple in design. There basically is no way to rebuild a stove because there are really no moving parts. Each unit is fully tested and inspected. Typically most all of the stoves that Brien selects have little to no defects. Brien believes that the stoves we receive have come from local kitchens where the previous owners of the unit simply upgraded or remolded their kitchen and just wanted a brand new one. All parts required to bring the unit to 100% working order are installed. Each stove comes with a one year parts and labor and two years on all the parts guarantee. All stoves during the guarantee period will be repaired for free at our shop, but you must bring the appliance to us at your expense.
  
  
• Refrigerators- When it comes to selling a used refrigerator, Brien has a rule that he swears by and that is he would rather not sell you a used refrigerator than sell you a bad one. Each used refrigerator goes thru week's worth of testing before it ever is seen by a customer. He has a check list that is as long as your arm for all refrigerators. Each refrigerator is closely monitored by Brien from the first time the unit is plugged in all the way up to the very last second it is unplugged for delivery to the customer. We never un-plug a refrigerator until it is sold. Each refrigerator has a digital thermometer placed inside it so we can constantly monitor the temperature and so the customer can rest assured knowing that the unit that they are looking at works perfect. We offer 30 days in home service parts and labor guarantee. At first you may not think that is very long for a guarantee. But, if you think about it refrigerators operate 24 hours a day, they never shut off.
