Delivery

Brien's Appliance offers three delivery options:

• Deliver and Install
• Drop Off
• Same Day

All deliveries are weather permitting. All deliveries are set during a time window. You must be home during the time window and answer your phone or your appliances will not be loaded on our truck. "Drop-Off" deliveries: Your appliance will be placed outside on the ground, driveway or parking lot directly behind our truck. We will not enter your dwelling. Installation Deliveries: Must comply with signed and dated installation agreement.

Deliver and Install (KC Metro Area) - $49.95

Deliver & Install to normal hook ups.

• Haul old units away.
• Old washers must not have standing water in the tub.
• Old refrigerators must be empty, no remaining food.
• Hoses may be provided for Washers.
• 3 prong cords are provided for all used, electric dryers.
• 4 prong dryer cords are sold separately.
• Dryer cords are not provided on brand new electric dryers
• Customer is to provide a 4” aluminum dryer duct/vent hose with clamps, white vinyl vent hose will not be hooked up to any dryer by our company.
• If customer is using an old venting system, the venting system should be cleaned out by a professional first or damage to the new dryer may be a result of a clogged venting system.
• Gas dryers/ranges must have a shut off valve 6 feet from dryer location, a stainless steel flexible connector for gas, and proper venting hook ups.
• We do not remove doors or move personal property.
• We are not responsible for damage done to real or personal property.
• Have all vehicles moved and out of the way before the delivery truck arrives.
• Stair & steps must be safe, proper size, and free from debris.
• All deliveries are weather permitting.
• During winter months, please wait 12 hours before operation due to freezing.
• Customer to provide all water lines for connection to ice makers. Water line for ice makers must be pre-installed to customer water supply with shut off valve. If proper water line is not present no connection will be made.
• If any of these factors cause non-completion of the installation by the installers, the customer is responsible for completion of installation & customer understands we will not return to complete non-compliance of these instructions.

Drop Off - $29.95(view details on restrictions and requirements below)

Deliver and tailgate drop off unit or units where the truck is parked (i.e. garage, driveway, sidewalk, parking lot…).

• All delivery’s weather permitting.
• Have all vehicles moved and out of the way before the delivery truck arrives.
• Haul old units away providing they are outside before the truck arrives.
• Old washers must not have standing water in the tub.
• Old refrigerators/freezers must be empty, no remaining food.
• We are not responsible for damage done to real or personal property.
• No refunds!
• No exceptions!

Same Day (view details on restrictions and requirements below)

Deliver unit(s) same day as you buy (you pick the delivery option - Drop Off or Deliver and Install)*.

• Must come in early enough during the day
• Monday - Friday (some Saturdays)
• Deliver anywhere in the Kansas City Metro area
