Formed in 1976 in Winston-Salem, NC, the Crosley Corporation consists of a group of independently owned distributors who resurrected the Crosley trade name and introduced a line of refrigerators, freezers, ranges, dishwashers, air conditioners, and other appliances. We carried the heritage of such features as "Shelvador" and "Conservator" that were marketed for decades.
Crosley Corporation was established as a non-profit organization to help independent distributors and retailers compete in today's marketplace with quality appliances at affordable prices.

When you buy a Crosley® appliance, you receive one of the most inclusive warranties available in the appliance industry... in addition to our first-year parts and labor warranty.

Additional Extended Warranty
Initially, the appliance referred to below will be protected by the manufacturer's limited warranty packed with the appliance. If failure should occur during this period, replacement will be by the manufacturer. if an any time after the expiration of the manufacturer's limited warranty, but NOT MORE THAN TEN (10) YEARS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THIS CROSLEY APPLIANCE, the component as stated below, should become defective, except as stated below, you will be entitled to receive free of charge a replacement component of the same or substantially the same quality as the original manufacturer would have furnished during their limited warranty period. This extended limited warranty is being furnished by Crosley Extended Warranty (CEW) and has no relation to the manufacturer's original limited warranty.
To apply for a replacement component under this Certificate, first have your dealer or authorized service contact Crosley Extended Warranty, P.O.Box 410560, St. Louis, MO 63141, or call toll free 1-800-356-5268 (U.S.A. and Canada), (in Missouri, call 1-314-567-0858), Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time to request an authorization number to proceed with the replacement. Your dealer or authorized servicer will receive, on your behalf, the replacement component, FOB the nearest parts depot, as set forth by the terms of this certificate. This Certificate OR a copy thereof, MUST be returned to Crosley Extended Warranty for verification when a claim is filed. It will be returned to you after claim is processed. To qualify for reimbursement, any and all claims must be authorized and filed with Crosley Extended Warranty within 90 days of service and all claims must be authorized and filed within the extended warranty period.This Certificate does NOT cover any costs of diagnosis, labor to remove and in stall the component part, pick up and delivery charges and freight.
This Certificate applies only to the breakage or malfunction of the component part in the ordinary use of this appliance and does NOT apply to any breakage, defect or malfunction caused by accident, improper handling or operation, abuse, misuse of, shipping or moving damages, riot or Act of God. COMMERCIAL and/or INDUSTRIAL USE OF THIS APPLIANCE IS NOT COVERED and will cause this extended limited warranty to be void.This Extended Limited Warranty is valid only on Crosley appliances.
THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF EITHER THIS APPLIANCE OR ANY ORIGINAL OR REPLACEMENT COMPONENT IN THIS APPLIANCE. ANY AND ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THIS APPLIANCE AND THE COMPONENT AS STATED ABOVE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. NO PERSON WILL BE LIABLE UNDER THIS CERTIFICATE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE BREAKAGE OR DEFECTIVENESS OF THIS APPLIANCE OR THE COMPONENT COVERED BY CROSLEY EXTENDED WARRANTY EXCEPT FOR THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE COMPONENT, EXCLUDING LABOR CHARGES.
This certificate is applicable only to the appliance indicated on this certificate and is NOT transferrable to any other appliance or owner without the written consent of Crosley Extended Warranty.

Crosley Corporation warrants Crosley Televisions to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to replace this product to remedy such defects.
This warranty covers TWO YEAR PARTS and LABOR from the date of the original purchase.
This warranty applies only to product purchased from an authorized Crosley dealer and used within the boundaries of the U.S.A. and Canada.
This warranty does not apply to product that has been improperly installed, subjected to usage for which the product was not designed, misused or abused, damaged during transportation, or which has been altered or repaired in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from its performance.
How You Get Warranty Service
Warranty service can only be provided by an authorized Crosley service center. For the closest authorized service center to you, please contact your Dealer. In order to receive warranty service you must provide the authorized service center with a copy of proof of purchase, signifying the date of purchase and the name of the Dealer from whom you purchased the product.
Statutory Warranties
The purchaser may have rights under existing provincial or federal laws, and where any terms of this warranty are prohibited by such laws, they are deemed null and void, but the remainder of the warranty shall remain in effect. |
